Would you suggest to start a new .Net CCS project with InMotion Framework?
My decision makers:
- performance improvement comparing to standard CCS .Net (in short and long term)
- evolution (new features and bug fixes)
- stability
- popularity
- maturity
My concerns:
- evolution - seems like stopped right after delivery in Oct 2007
http://code.google.com/p/inmotion-framework/
no updates, no issues
- popularity - based on number of posts in this forum
- maturity - new product
Thank you

Positive or Negative?
As I value your opinion.

I'm a newbie but, InMotion Frame seems to be good framework.

I'd like to know what you decided too. I share your concerns about a tool that seems to have little or no progress for almost a year!

I decided to use CCS .Net (not InMotion).
InMotion is good.
I was waiting for it and early testing with excitement, but now don't want to take a risk building a project on a framework that nobody uses.
Concerns:
- product is too young;
- unpopular - resistance from existing developers to learn unpopular tools;
- difficult to find extra resources (developers);
- insufficient testing/feedback by community;
- who will provide support in complex questions/problems?
- can be abandoned (even MS abandon some of their projects).

We use it and are pleased with the results. Still a few wrinkles to get out but it is well worth the wait.
