When two or more developers share the same project, some files like translation resource, are overwrited. How share the same translation resource??

CVS = Concurrent Versions System. See
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Concurrent_Versions_System

CodeCharge supports CVS.

ok,...I know what CVS is. My questions was, how to implement CVS "in codecharge",...but i will check the documentation.

I get the same response from the yessoftware support. in conclussion, CVS is the key.
