 Reuse ConnectionString of my IIS server

I have in my IIS server running website. (site: http://universo) This site use connectionstring normally.
This moment all sure! not problem.

I created one project in codecharge. This running in "http://universo/news". Note that this is a folder within the root.

The problem begins when I access the codechage project for browser("http://universo/news".), my site root (http://universo) appears error for connection("site down").

Help-me!!!

P.s: sorry, my english , I am newcomer!

Setting:
CodechargeStudio 3.2
ASP
Sql server 2000

to be sure problem is Script or Just IIS firts try to load this link
http://universo/nwes/anyscript.HTML

Notice HTML will just display a the templat HTML (if this work then IIS is ok)
if not then the problem is IIS
