I have been trying to figure this out for awhile and have been unable to figure out anything.
I have a search form that contains a multi checkbox. The checkbox displays four options: new, active, pending, complete. I would like to have the related grid start off displaying only the records that are new, active, and pending. The search form checkbox default value is to have new, active, and pending checked. The user can then check complete to include the completed records in the grid or choose any other checklist combination they choose.
Any suggestions? Thanks...

ASP/MSSQL, I suppose?
The (resulting) grid's SQL or table description, can you post it here.
Would like to see what you are filtering on, a single status field or multiple status fields.
Also what is the fieldname of your search multicheckbox.
Might be able to give you pointers.
