I have my editable grid set up to show one record per page, so the user can edit each record one at a time and not get distracted from the other rows of records. Except when you hit submit, it doesn't submit all records, just the one you are viewing at the moment. How can you make it submit the whole editable grid?

Why do you want to submit all records when you are editing only one record? It doesn't make sense or am I missing something.

well, it's like a timesheet submittal. So there are 60 people. And doing all 60 at once on the screen is very crowded. I thought entering data one (or two or 3) per screen at a time, then submitting them, would be better for the user
