I'm new to CSS, is there any documentation how to use 3rd party .dll such as SharpZipLib with CSS, with InMotion, and without InMotion.

CCS with .Net InMotion generate standard .Net Web Site project. Therefore you can use any 3rd party controls and frameworks in this project just as you using in other .Net solutions.

Do I have to switch to Visual Studio to add in any 3rd party component, then switch back to CCS? Or I can add the component within CCS?

Do you have a tutorial or example?

You can create CCS project, add all required InMotion controls. Then open this web site project with Visual Studio and make your changes there.
However, importing modified applications back to CodeCharge Studio is not supported once you modify the generated ASPX files in Visual Studio.
