CCS forces a left align to all normal TD and TH tags in the common CSS file. You can't set it in the stylebuilder and if you correct this 'feature' it gets overwritten by stylebuilder and you have manually edit it again and again and again

this problem started somewhere in 3.2 and is still present in 4.0

please correct
