I have a date/time field which I would like to update whenever I edit the record. How/Where do I place my custom code in a Record component (built through Record Builder)?

Thanks.

Basically, I put two fields on the record referring to the same data element. One hidden, one label.
What I do is set the 'last_update_date' field as a hidden field on the record.
In the before update, do a CFSET fldLAST_UPDATE_DATE = Now().
I also add that code to the before insert.

I put on the record a label field that displays the last_update_date.
Label fields are not included in the sql insert or update so it was easier to just add a hidden field.
