As far as I get from their website you just put a bunch of links on the page.
Each link containing a rel= reference.
So making it database driven should be easy.
Either:
create a grid, single column, <the link>, remove all gridrelated html, make sure the link parameters are set according to the requirements.
Or:
Create a grid with a label and build the href in the SQL.
Could, I think, even be a gallerybuilder, which is database driven.
