Hello,

I get the following error 50% of the time and the other 50% of the time it works fine. I built a grid accessing a table in an Oracle database and I sometimes get this error when I try to view the page.

"HTTP Status 500 - form_action tag should be within the record or grid tag."

I didn't modify the generated code.

Can somebody shed any light on this?
