When I go to MyProfile and put in the new e-mail address I hit submit and then refresh the screen it reverts back to my old e-mail.
What am I missing?

Try it again and make sure that all necessary fields are filled in correctly. If it still gives you the same response send a PM to peterr ( http://forums.codecharge.com/member.php?user_id=122 ).
