Hi ,

I have created the application based on the store example. I want to use mysql and tomcat. When I try to publish the page, its asking me to specify the path of ANT. I am not using ant. I am using Java JDK. How can I publish and establish connectivity with the database and server

Any help will be appreciated.

Regards
Gayatri

Hi ,

Thanks for your reply.

After reading the documentation, I understood, that Ant is necessary to publish. But which version of ANT should. I looked at the apache website. I have windows xp. The instructions to install ANT on Windows machine is not very clear. DO you know which version of ANT I should install ? 1.7 or something else. I am running TOmcat 5.5 and JDK 1.5. Please suggest.

Regards
Gayatri

I use Ant 1.6, but newer version it will work too.

Doesn't have Windows Installation, extract all files, take a look at ant.bat (change JAVA PATH) and ok.
