Login INPUT size changing

I have a PHP project where the login form is on an includable page. I set the size of the two input box to 10, but every time I switch from Design to HTML view and back to Design view, the IDE resets the size to 20 (default value). Is it a bug or a feature?

I'm running CCS 3.1.1.0 on WinXP Pro SP2
