Are there any 3rd party tools used for great looking menus? Easy to
implement?

It don't integrate into Studio by that you were not able to link Studio pages to menu entries using design features.
But if you like we can talk about linking menu entries to Studio pages using events so that at least the html source won't depend on the choosen language.
