The request was to take a custom built Microsoft Access application, which tracked Tithe and Offering for the church (donations) and design it into an intuitive and simple web application that the Head Treasurer and staff (Assistant Treasurers) could use. It was agreed that the first Production version ( TO v1.0.0) would be a scaled down version that would allow for the Treasury to meet the tax receipt deadline. The prototype was completed in November 2005 and was so successful that it went to production (with final changes) in mid January 2006.

The list of features requested by the Head Treasurer.
- full control of Assistant Treasurers access to the system and data (Head Treasurer only).
- Easy input of Tithe and Offering (stores entry in the order that it was entered by Treasurer), Departments, People, Treasurers (Users)
- Quick access to Tithe and Offering entries
- Easy and intuitive user interface
- Report of donation receipts (for fiscal year 2005)
- Track (and display) all changes and modifications to all data in the system
- Ability to post messages to the Treasury group

Third party features included in this application was TinyMCE(tinymce.moxiecode.com), and PDF class (fpdf.org). (Thanks to the CCS forums)

Looks rather good. Apart from the two third party tools is the rest of the
application developed using CCS? Quite impressive!

Thanks.

Yes Bob,
except for the third party tools. The application is 100% CodeCharge.
