When no records found in page content for requested parameters i used this:

I hope the translations are better than the one in Spanish.
Looks like someone ran text through Babelfish, because it is pretty funny

Same for the Dutch version, The tip is 1195% better than the translation.
Feha, send me the English, will eventually supply the Dutch back to you, of
course in exchange for a licence (LOL).

I can't those languages just tried to translate and test the system.
Sure you will get one free license of CMS, Just tell me for what domain to generate license file ?
