A relative Newbie...

In CCS 2.3, how do I add column data from one table to another. For Ex: I
have Work Orders (Auto for WO_NO). When I then add a WO_Item, I need to add
to the WO_Item the WO_NO from the WO Table.

Hmmm, am I a spud head or does this make sense.
