I'm trying to work on a _very_ simple reporting site for one of my clients. I have a grid form (which works) and I want to link to another grid form whcih contains detail items I am uing CodeCharge 2.0.7 under ASP Win2K.

There is a good reason I don't want to use the master detail builder.

I link from the original grid page to the "child grid page" and the correct ID is being picked up on the child page. But when I looked at the WHERE CLAUSE I found that CC had constructed a REDUNDANT THREE TABLE JOIN - the result is that no records appear in the grid.

There doesn't seem to be any way to stop CC from creating this rediculous join clause - no amount of editing will get rid of it.

Anyone have any ideas? Do I need to just start over on that particular page?
