i can i configure a list box to select only the item that is next to the one that is already selected:
aberto
em espera
em curso
em aprovacao
fechado
i have selected "aberto" in an issue. when i edit that issue i can only select and update the issue with the item "em espera" or else i would receive a error message...
how can i do this????

This will require a proper javascript placed into Form Properties/Header&Footer.
Please read about javascript validation and properties of input element ,
select type ,and using jscript build your validation function that should be hooked
to onchange event of the listbox.
