We are a small security industry recruitment company with two strands - an online database system (running for last 9 months) which is our own business, and a new security industry specific recruitment software package, but based on the same code (99% CCS (and a lot of it!) although with some fairly extensive modifications). This is currently under consideration by 4 major security companies, and is a by product of our own in-house recruitment software as there was no competition.

I have resigned (director and programmer), partly for company fricion but mainly because I will start an MSc in September and will be unable to meet the installation commitments of the new package.

The software itself is complete, and demo versions are available. The code is mixed - I started it 18 months ago with limited knowledge so some of the code is far from great, although I will comment everything and oversee the change.

The absolute ideal person would have some military or police experience.

E-mail me if interested.

Payment would be on a contract basis, or possibly shares, although as I have resigned this is negotiable with the directors.

Not essential but ideal - RSigs, REME etc.

Take it you're not serious? Offer is still there.
