As a newbie I am keen to learn how to do the following:

Background:

I have a Palm database that synchronsises with an Access XP database through an ODBC connection. It is comprised of a single table and is used to track mortgage loan applications for our brokerage business.

I hace created a CodeCharge project that uses the above Access database.

It allows users to update the database from their desktop PCs. Palm users receive an updated databse when syncronising using a Personal Area Network.

I need to configure listboxes to allow choice of various static field data (staff members' names, lender lists, loan types, status settings and the like).

I can get the listboxes to work but they list every entry in the field column rather than listing a unique entry for the choices.

Can anyone help me with the appropriate coding to allow these listboxes to only show a unique listing for each entry?

Paul,
I’m not sure that I understand you properly, but it looks like you want to create a kind of dependent listboxes. There’re several examples exist:
