Sir,
I have two problem related with dates :
1. I want to insert today date in the format of "DD/MM/YYYY" in the input form (I am using MS Access Database) in date_of_admission field autometically when form load and,
2. Want to calculate 15, 30, 45 days from today and inserted into the database as the test_date1, test_date2, test_date3 autometically and also display on the same form, again in the format "DD/MM/YYYY".
How can this possible?

It depends on language you use.
If you use ASP you can use such vbscript function as DateDiff , DateAdd and now ,
see MSDN documentation
