Tool tips - the HTML "title" attribute

I wish the HTML "title" attribute was a data-bound property that could be
set as easily as I can set the Control Source. I find that I want the title
quite often for Images and Labels, especially (although I'd prefer this be
done consistently across all visual elements not just these two).

I hand-build these either with SetVar or with a Label that I reposition
inside of an HTML tag. It would be helpful if all that manual effort was
not required.

An alternate, and more complex, method would be to add a property to the
Label control. This property would provide a flag to "use as title". I'd
implement this as a regular Label - all the wizards and such would work the
same. However if I marked the label in this way, the html would be
published with the label transformed into "title='{Label1}'" and this would
occur in the "container" in which I place the label. Example: Iif I create
a grid containing a Label control (in the normal way), I'd mark this
property as "true". Then the label would not be published as part of the
grid TD content, but would be put into the <TD> as a "title" attribute.
Might be even better to design a new control type for this, then it could
appear with with a different set of visual cues (begin/end icons) in the
"design" panel.

My vote too on that.
(I'm sure here it will not get lost ;-))
