Hey all,
I have been using CCS for about 2 years now but using it only with PHP. I am now trying to migrate over to VB.NET and using CCS as my tutor. However, on my first application, I am having trouble preforming operations on my database. I am using an MSAccess database and the tables use an autoincrement primary key. The application is connecting and reading the database fine but when I try to add or update a record I receive an error saying "Operation must use an updateable query". When I try to delete I receive an error saying "Could not delete from specified tables.". I tried the application in ASP 3.0 and it works fine there, just not VB.NET.
Anyone have an idea of what the problem could be? I would really appreciate the help!!

I should probably mention that I am using XP and I have read-only unchecked on the database, and IUSR_<my_machines_name> as Full Control, Modify, Read, Read & Execute and Write.

This is most likely a rights issue.
First look at http://support.yessoftware.com/kb_article.asp?article_id=4
then try to run your app without CCS running. I've found at times CCS puts an exclusive lock on the db

When using .NET you may need to set write permissions for the user ASPNET instead of IUSR.
