We have a need under CCS 2.3 to have the ability when modifying the
datasource of a grid type object to do the following within the Where
conditional statement
Where Active <> 0
At the present time, I my where condition statement is like
Where Active <> URL.Active (And I set the default value if parameter
is not defined to 0)
Which having the ability to set the first condition it will reduce
the amount of code used. The second way it has to create the variable
then test its value and if it does not exist then set it to 0
