Greetings,

I have a form to allow users to change their passwords. The form will request the user to enter the new password and again to re-enter the password for verification. If the two do not match, returns error. Placing the code in Before Execute Update does not help as the update will still occur. Using On Validate event solves the problem. The only thing is the reset button now behaves differently. Clicking the button does not reset the controls to their initial values. Any workaround?

Thanks and best regards.

Never mind. Found it. Under Data properties of the control, set Enable Validation to No.

Cheers,
Lizam
