 User Specific Editing HELP!!!

Ok... I can make a profile page that is *viewable* to the public easily... I can make it to where only groups can edit it, but if I want to make it editable to the user who owns the profile and the *admin* group... how would I do that? Please help, any would be greatly appreciated :)

You could implement custom security as shown in the Tutorial:
