Since CCS has a file upload component, it would make sense to also have a file download component to match.
Although it's possible to right click on a file link and choose "save target", that target would be saved with a long name as CCS has named it. It would be nice to have a component (working on all the platforms) that downloads the file with the original filename.
I've already implemented this in php with a class I found on phpclasses.org, but this would still be cool as a new feature for CCS that works with ASP, java, etc.
