Starting this evening I am seeing a problem with CCS. WHen I create a
page and switch between code and design view, CCS is popping up a
dialog box which asks me if I would like to reload the page as it has
been modified outside of the editor? CCS is the only program running?
Does anyone have an idea as to what is causing this. Since this has
started, I am having CCS perform very weird.

Usually, it is because you have published the project to the same folder you
use for development. Make them two separate locations and the message
should go away. Each time you go to the live page, it's updated, then the
designer sees the file has changed and asks to reload it.
