While running through QuickSTart tutorials I found that
login page dont redirect me to required page. Login is succsessfull because no error message was appeared. (I am trying to accomplish this with PHP\mySQL ).
Later I found answer on a forum.
There were link to Microsoft Internet Explorer security patch that will
cause to ignore cockies if domain name have wrong symbols. So login routine will fail in this case, but...
I have proper name installed on my Apache2\NT2000 system for testing purpose.
What may be wrong...??
System temp folder is properly configured inside Control Panel.
After uploading project to real web server with Linux problem still alive..
Any idea?

No, this is not related to Control Panel or Windows temp folder, but PHP temp folder configured for your PHP.
See http://www.sitepoint.com/article/319/4
When you login simply watch that temp folder to see if any files get created there. If not then you have a problem with sessions, either due to PHP misconfiguration, permissions, or client/browser misconfiguration.
