I would like to create an email link from a record form,
This link needs to include some fields from the form how do I do this ?.
My fields are prop_id prop_ref date_listed.

Insert those fields into a grid somewhere on the page. Make them hidden. Use
the HiddenLabels name (eg {hiddenvalue}) in your mail link, something like
this:

Click <a
href="mailto:someone@somewhere.else?subject={prop_id} {prop_ref} :{
date_listed}">here</a>.
