In a CCS generated form, I deleted a listbox by mistake.
Then I published the project.
I realized my mistake when I was testing the web page in my browser.
I started CCS again.
I added the listbox back manually to the page.
But now it does not save the value back in table when I click the "Add" button.
What am I doing wrong?

Make sure you have the control source set properly for the list box. It should have the same name as the database field you are trying to save the value to.
