This is pretty minor, but when I start reading forum threads and see thta poeple type really bad, I t takes awy from my interest in their post - even though it may be the holy grail I am looking for.

I would never send an E-mail out without proofing it - any chance of a spell check within the forum?

But....If a user calls and can not turn a computer on by pressing the 3 1/2 floppy eject button....should you:
