How do I remove the default prompt "Select Value" from showing up in a listbox?
This seems to be inserted by CCS (to the top) in a listbox.
The first value in my listbox is the prompt itself
because the list of data comes from the database table.
So "Select Value" is redundant.

Right-click on it and view the <SELECT> Properties, then remove it. The same can be done by editing the HTML.
