When creating a list box the first item is 'Select Value'.
Is there any way to change this to something else
like 'Selection option ...' ?

just make "right click" in design view on the apropriate listbox and pick-up <SELECT> option. Dialog window will appear. Just modify "select Value" to your needs. (There are more setting to set in this window)

Is there a way to quickly populate a listbox control
when using the 'ListOfValues' Data Source Type?
