It would be very nice if CCS can output data to XML.

It can, but you must alter the "content-type" of the header to be
"text/xml". Where and how you do this varies from one language/platform to
another.
Of course, you must setup your template (html file) with xml-compliant tags
rather than html tags so it produces valid XML. But that's one of the neat
things about template-driven applications - you don't need to write a bunch
of code (none, really, other than the content-type) to output in a format
other than html.

Thanks DonB, I thought it is simple as outputing to Excel. I will explore your suggestion after finishing reading the XML for dummies.
