 Updating multiple tables

I am trying to updated muliple tables in Access.
Ex. I have employee table and insurance table. When I hit "Add New" button. I want to not only add that emp to the employee table but also add that same emp based on SSN (FK) and Today's Date in the Insurance table.

Insurance Table: SSN, Today's Date

Employee Table: SSN (PK), Name, Address, Etc..
