I have been trying to figure this out for days. I am making a little survey and I am really stuck here. I will walk you through it but I dont know what I am doing wrong. Somone help. lol
I am using CCS and PHP MYSQL
I have 4 tables here.
Surveys
Categories
Questions
Answers
I got all the way till this point.
I want to have the questions list out on the page from the questions table an have check boxes for yes or no and have it put the response in the answers table. So basicly list the questions with checkboxes next to each one that when the person clicks submit at the bottom it will add all the answers to the answers table. Someone help me! I need sleep! lol
