I am going to download the eval pretty soon. (Waiting for a block of tiem where I can really give it a good try for 20 days).
I have ZERO web development experience, but I can do just about anything through SQL statements with a database, and I know how to design sound relational structures.
I want to code against something besides MySQL. Please no flame wars, but I need views, subqueries, referential integrity and maybe stored procs.
I want to find a web hosting company that runs something like PostgreSQL or SAPDB (called MAXdb by MySQL) of MS SQL Server and has the right web server all set up.
My idea is that I should be able to develop right on their server, thus keeping my set up work on my local box to a minimum. Even if I need to develope locally, I want a relatively painless way to put the app on the net so I can get the real benefit of evaluating CCS.
Does anyone know of such a hosting company?

P.S. At work I use Oracle and SQL server. I don't want to get into sizing tablespaces and all that junk.

Try http://www.hostcompare.com/advancedsearch.htm you can search for various web hosts based on your criteria. Unfortunately no postgreSQL field but you can probably find one that way. You could also Google "postgreSQL web host" or something of that sort.
