A lot of changes are not responding to the undo button and it seems to have a memory of 1 level where it does work. Would be nice if i could use the undo after I mess up a page.

Good idea. You certainly can't rely on the Undo button, so you normally have to resort to manual methods of reverting to last saved version.

The undo feature in CCS is a bit shaky, I often makes mistake and by click on undo it doesn't seem to do what it suppose to, I usually exit the page without saving it and reopen it again. I also make back up of my project at least once a day just in case I need to recover a bad page.

This is a fairly new feature that is being built on by yes. I have seen several times the subject mentioned and promise they are working on improving this facility.
