Hi,
I have an Editable Grid. I see that it has an area to display when there are "No Records" found, but this doesn't seem to happen.
Basically, when there are no records returned by the query, I want to display that line for the user (and give them a link) - is there a way to do this without adding custom code ?
Thanks,
-Jim

Let me correct that - if set to 0 empty rows, the text shows up.
What I'm looking for is to have the empty rows set to 1, but still show the "No Records" text show if no actual data is found in the database.
is that possible?

Not without altering the standard code for the grid. The "no records"
template block OR the "rows" block is shown via an if-else in the code.
Butm there's no reason you couldn't put a label in the grid and display your
text message when there are zero records (see the Action for displaying the
total number of records in the grid as your starting point. You could set
the label for that to "text" and in it's Before Show change the zero to "No
Records")
