I have one page where i am entering information. After I hit "Add", it creates the row into a table, which then will add the identity key into the table.
I have a 2nd table where i link to that primary(identity key). So i need to insert rows which includes that primary key.
The problem i have is that after i insert the first row, i don't know hot to retrieve that identity value so that i can insert it into the 2nd table.
Ahy help is appreciated

Almost every database handles this differently therefore the answer would depend on the database type.
An example is in CCS Example Pack. Search the "ManyToManyCheckbox" page for the text "'Retrieve the last inserted key".
