When I'm trying to translate dialog phrases and bottoms text on Russian words appear not correct. How to make it Russian code page.

Hi,
What do you mean by "dialog phrases" and "bottom text"? Could you please describe it in more details.
If you're referring to HTML page then try creating Charset Meta tag in HTML.
