 MySQL Case Sensitivity on WinXP

CCS2; MySQL3.23; Apache 1.3, PHP4 on WinXP

Developing locally on WinXPP machine. Production servers are RH Linux. I'm
having a problem with case sensitivity on the local WinXP system, or lack
thereof. When I develop off of the local database, CCS and MySQL treat all
of the table names as all lowercase, though on the production Linux servers
they are not all lowercase (as I want them to be).

This creates a problem when I publish from local to remote, and CCS pushes
with all lowercase. e.g:

Local table: tblapplications
Remote table: tblApplications

Other than renaming all of the files on the production servers to all
lowercase, how can I get around winderz lowercasing all of my SQL filenames?
