 SQL SERVER Bug?

We are using a Websphere server to host our JSP pages and all is working fine with our Oracle and Access databases. We just started building pages with a single connection to a SQL Server database in the same environment (Websphere server / JSP pages). However, with SQL Server, all fields containing text on dropdown list boxes, datagrids and record maintainance fields are not being displayed.

When reviewing the data from the builder, the text items are properly displayed. This is a clear indication the text data is being retrived but not being displayed. The property settings show the fields as being populated with Text.

Thanks Much

Howard

Please try selecting "Integer" in the "Data Type" property of your listbox.

Changing the listbox data type to integer did not work. We got the "Page could not be displayed" error We still need to worry about text display in datagrids and text boxes also.

Thanks

Hmm, I don't understand how using an Integer can result in the "Page could not be displayed" error. Does this error disappear when you change the listbox "Data Type" property back to "Text"?

However, I only tried to provide a tip in case this is a configuration issue. If you believe that this is an error or technical issue then please contact our support as specified in the Forum's footer.

Hi,
I have exactly the same problem (data not displayed) with using Oracle. I know the database connection is ok because if a statement only return 3 elements, I have exactly 3 blank rows in my grid.

I hope it can be solved.
Thanks
