I cannot seem to connect to my MYSQL DB using the OBDC driver setup. I wanted to try CodeCharge Studio to see if it would help me with my web-sites www.fstrucks.com which I am turning into a Car Auction site for independent car dealers and individuals.
Is there a way to use a PHP connect script wihtin CodeCharge Studio to connect to my MYSQL DB and then let me develop pages using CodeCharge?
I appreciate your replies.
Thank you
JZ

What is the error you are getting? I used PHP and MySQL quite a bit in the past. One good site that talks about connection strings is: http://www.connectionstrings.com/ May be that would help.

To develop Web applications using CodeCharge Studio all you need is to select the name of your ODBC connection in the Conection Design screen, as shown at the top of http://docs.codecharge.com/studio/html/UserGuide/Workin...Connection.html
To run PHP applications created with CodeCharge Studio you need to select either the database name or the ODBC name in the Connection Server screen, as described in the "Server-Side Connections for PHP" section of http://docs.codecharge.com/studio/html/UserGuide/Workin...Connection.html
If you experience any issues please be very specific about the problem - provide full error messages and symptoms of the problem.
Thanks

Sorry, looks like the above links are temporarily not working. Please look in the documentation in the sections:
User's Guide: Working with Projects -> Connecting to Databases -> Configuring the Design Database Connection
and

actually.. in administrative tools, set up your system DSN in data sources and test it there... once you have that linked correctly all you need to do is link to it in your project settings in code charge
