How is the "Servlet 2.2 API" added to the Class Path. ?

Please add it to site Class Path property.

Please click on the project name displayed at the top of the "Project Explorer" panel/window and then click on the "Class Path" (...) button located in the Properties panel. There you can provide the path to the "Servlet 2.2" API file for the Class Path.
