after the distribution(by central sw distrib.) and installation of several ms security patches and a customized (with SDK) version of IE 6.0 sp1 CCS does not work anymore. i can start it , but as soon as i want to open preferences or a tool of the toolbox , CCS hangs . when i try to kill with the taskmanager, taskmanager responds that it cannot close the application because its waiting for input., but nothing can be seen.
what did i try?
o i overinstalled a downloaded version of IE 6 SP1 -no success
o i overinstalled a downloaded version of windows scripting - no success
o i installed sp 4 - no success

i'm working with windows 2000 sp3 , resp. sp4 now
and CCS 2.2.60

does anybody has an idea , what else i could do ?
(our systemengineers dont have any idea either)
greetings from germany

BTW, I forwarded this information to our engineering and that may start investigating it already. However, they may need to ask you additional questions or offer a possible patch only via the support.
