Ok,
I did something really stupid. I just built an app using codecharge with PHP and MSACCESS. I need to deploy on a server using mySQL.

Are there any free tools that will take my access database, dump it with the table structures to a php file?

I've seen some that charge a fee that will do this, along with creating the table structure.

navcat from premium soft is a good all round tool for converting most database types . An evaluation version is available at http://www.navicat.com/
hope this helps.

You might want to have a look at AccessDump which is free.

I'm using MyAccess (http://www.hiden.org/myaccess) and find it works great.

sweiss said it best... also, if you are a licensed user (I take it you mean Microsoft SQL*SERVER and not mySQL), there is an object copy in the SQLAdmin which allows you to directly import from Access with a lot of options. If you are using mySQL, then just setup the odbc driver and export. Also, EMS makes a data export/import tool which you can try for ree (although it is limited in the number of records), but it is quite reasonably priced and works great.
