I have a update form. I have add a checkbox field inside the current update form. I have also added a custom button to update those checked records which is in a another table.
Just wondering in CCS how to access those checked checkbox and do a custom update for each of them.

You may want to check the manytomanycheckbox example in the CCS samplepack. To an extent, it reflects what I think you are trying to do.
